This weekend, John Hammer & the Hodgson Heating & Cooling Spec Miata race with NASA. That's, the National Auto Sport Association, a sanctioning body running a 2 day event at Gingerman Raceway in South Haven, MI.
"This will be our third & fourth races of the season at Gingerman" says Hammer who considers the 1.88 mile, 11 turn track his second home. "Three weeks ago we raced here with the Sports Car Club of America and had the best wheel to wheel action of my career! I can't wait to see how NASA runs their event, plus, we're bringing in a crew to film a promotional video to show potential sponsors the excitement they're part of when they're on the car!"

What a crazy few days...
Saw some great fireworks in St Joe on Sunday. Some fair ones in Battle Creek Monday. Looks like I sold my Miata after 11 years...and I'll be buying another one to replace it. Today was my first day off the morning show to focus more on Creative Services...that went ok. Just ok. I'll miss being on the air in the morning. Having dinner with an old high school friend tomorrow.
